To ensure value addition,

  • We first seek to understand your organizational needs to enable us find the ‘right fit’ for your organization
  • We directly head hunt our candidates while some are obtained from our rich database
  • We carry out preliminary interviews with our candidates and shortlist the three (3) best or five (5) best candidates who we send to our clients for interviews.
  • Once the client identifies the right fit for the role, they make an offer and agree on the candidates reporting date
  • We invoice the client upon the candidate reporting.


Our recruitment fee is a one off payment of 100% of the candidate’s first month gross pay.
