Mr Isaac Olima, our Associate Consultant at RPMCLTD, is a dedicated Human Resources Practitioner with an extensive background spanning over 16 years in managing human resources across six different organizations, coupled with valuable experience in consultancy work.

Mr Olima's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resources Management obtained from the University of Nairobi. Additionally, He holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Personnel Management, both recognized and accredited by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).

Furthermore, he is proud to be a Full Member of the Institute of Human Resources Management, Kenya. This professional affiliation underlines his commitment to upholding the highest standards in the field of HR and staying current with industry best practices.
