Benard, our esteemed Director at RPMCLTD, boasts a distinguished academic background and a wealth of experience in Human Resources. His educational journey includes a Bachelor of Education (Arts) Honors from Kenyatta University and a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from the United States International University (USIU – Africa), Nairobi. Professionally, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM Kenya) and a certification in Executive Coaching for Managers from Strathmore Business School. He is a Certified Trainer of Trainers (TOT), a Certified Safety, Health & Environment Professional, and holds a certification in Corporate Governance from the Institute of Corporate Governance of Kenya. Benard is a Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) and has a certificate in arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

In his career, Benard has excelled in both multinational and local companies, as well as the public sector, serving in various executive leadership capacities. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he passionately engages in community development work and mentors emerging professionals across diverse fields.

Benard is a full member of both the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).
